How can I add / delete a user?

There are two types of users on KAWO: Organization Owner and Brand User.

Add Organization Owner(s)

Step 1: Click “Setting” on your organization page.

Step 2: Click “User”, and add user(s) email.

User(s) who has been invited will receive an email including his/her login information. They can change their password on KAWO.

Add Brand User(s)

Step 1: Click “Brand Setting” on the brand dashboard page.

Step 2: Click “User”, and add user(s) email.

User(s) who has been invited will receive an email including his/her login information. They can change their password on KAWO.

Delete Organization Owner(s) / Brand User(s)

The way of deleting Organization Owner(s) or Brand User(s) is the same.

Click on the trash icon beside the user’s email address to delete him/her from your account.
