KAWO Users’ Roles

KAWO offers four types of roles: Org Owner > Group Owner > Brand Owner > Operator.

What are roles in KAWO?

A KAWO user can be assigned multiple roles with flexible access to associated brands and social channels. For example, an Org Owner of a multi-brand group account can set a user as the Brand Owner of brand A, and grant that user partial or full access to brand B.

A KAWO user with an overlap of permissions will automatically be given the highest permission level. For example, if a user has the roles of Org Owner and Brand Owner simultaneously, that user will automatically have the permissions of an Org Owner.

What are the difference between roles?
