Our Hiring Process at KAWO

We’ve learned that it’s important to hire carefully. Working at a company is a big commitment from both sides.

Our typical hiring process takes 2 – 4 weeks and goes like this…

Step One : Apply

We only hire excellent people so, please send us your CV and also give us three bullet points with examples of why you would be an excellent hire. [email protected]

Step Two : Quick Call

We always like to start with a quick 15 min call to see if there is a good fit between the role and what you’re looking for.

Step Three: Formal Interview

We’ll invite you over to our office for a formal interview so we can get to know each other better.

Step Four: Practical Task (optional)

Depending on your role we may ask you to complete a small practical task relevant to your role. This will take no more than 2hrs of your time.

Step Five: Follow Up Interview

During this interview we’ll be discussing more in detail about the role. If we asked you to complete a small task then we’ll discuss that and how you felt about it.

Step Six: Final Interview

Your final interview will be with other team members to give you a better sense of who you’ll be working with. It’s a great chance for you to ask them anything you like about working at KAWO.

Step Seven: Formal Offer

If everything has gone well so far, we’ll send you a formal offer letter for your role. You’ll get 1 week to consider and ask questions before you to sign it and return to us.
