Who can add/delete the social listening report?
In the KAWO user roles, organization administrators, brand group administrators, and brand administrators all have the permission to create and delete social listening reports.
How to create a social listening report?
Step One: After enabling the “Social Listening” function, the “Social Listening” menu can be viewed within the brand.

Step Two: Click on the “Social Listening” menu to enter the page for creating the social listening report.

Analysis Object Description
- Each report supports adding up to 20 keywords (without group limitations).
- Keywords are connected by +, indicating an AND relationship; they are connected by |, indicating an OR relationship. English parentheses () are supported for combination, and English keywords are not case-sensitive. All operation symbols must use English punctuation. For example, when setting the keyword: (Estée Lauder | Lancôme) + face cream, this keyword means that the social listening report will count all post data where the content contains either of the two keywords “Estée Lauder” or “Lancôme” and must also contain the keyword “face cream” at the same time.
- You can add up to 10 filter words for each group, and posts containing the filter words will be filtered out.
