Organizational-Level Data Center

I. Function Introduction

The Organizational-Level Data Center is a feature developed by KAWO to meet the needs of multi-brand and multi-platform social media management. It supports unified viewing of post data from all brands under the organization across platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Kuaishou, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu, etc. at the organizational level. By integrating multi-platform post lists, custom data views, precise filtering, and data export functions, it helps users efficiently analyze the social media content performance of the entire organization and simplifies cross-brand data management processes.

II. Usage Steps

1. Access Entry

  • After logging into the KAWO system, under the 【Stats】 section at the organizational level, a new 【Data Center】 entry is added to the left sidebar. Clicking on it will take you to the organizational-level data center page.

2. Custom Views

2.1 View Creation
  • Default View: The 【Default View】 will be displayed upon the first entry.
    • Please note: The 【Default View】 cannot be modified, hidden, or deleted (only duplication is supported).
  • Creating a New View: Users can click the 【Create View】 button at the top of the page, and the system will generate a new view based on the default settings of the current platform.
  • Basic Operations: Clicking the 【⋮】 button next to the view will trigger the following operations:
    • 【Rename】: Modify the view name;
    • 【Set as Default View】: Automatically display this view upon next entry;
    • 【Copy】: Generate a copy of the view;
    • 【Hide View】: Hide the view in the view list.
      • Hidden views can be restored in 【All Views】 at the top right corner;
    • 【Delete】: Delete the custom view;
    • 【View Permissions】: Set the view permission as Private View or Public View (detailed below).
2.2 View Modification
  • Edit columns: Click 【Columns】to configure the fields displayed by default in the view. You can adjust the display order by dragging the selected metrics up or down on the right side.
  • You can perform filtering by date, brand, etc. Any modifications to the view (including filtering) will be automatically saved to the view configuration once saved.
2.3 View Permission Settings
  • Private View:
    • After setting the view as a “Private View”, it will only be visible to you.
  • Public View:
    • After setting the view as a “Public View”, it will be visible to all users within the organization.
    • The visible data of all users will be subject to their own permissions. For example, if you have permissions for brands A, B, and C, while another user X only has permissions for brands A and B, when X views the public view, they can only see data for brands A and B.
    • Any modifications made by you as the view owner will be visible to other users in the latest version once saved.
  • Note: Organizational owner will have the highest permissions and can modify or delete views.
