To save you time on data collection and reporting, KAWO generates weekly custom reports, including data of your selected social media accounts, competitors, and KPIs progress, are sent to your team via mailbox. With the report’s real-time comments and @mentions feature, you can collaborate and share insights in real time with your team.
Step one: To receive KAWO auto-generated reports, turn on the Automatic weekly reports option under “Reporting”.
Step two: Click on the Comment button in the weekly report from your mailbox to share your thoughts with your team.
This feature allows you to see who has opened a report, leave comments, and @mention;
Your past automatic reports are retained in your KAWO database so they’ll never be lost in email chains, and you can also upload custom reports.
