How to conduct post publishing approval?
Step one: Locate “Planning” on the “Dashboard” page, click on “Need Approval” to view posts pending approval.
Step two: Enter the page of the post pending approval, click on “View approval flow”.
Step three: View the current approval details, including the approver and approval status for each step in the “Post Approval” section.
Step four: You can approve or reject the post here; if the approver’s account is bound to WeChat, they can also approve it in the KeWo WeChat mini program.
- If the post is rejected, click “Request Changes”, fill in the reason, and set whether or not to keep the current approval process; for steps that have already been approved, the approver can also withdraw and re-approve.
- If the post is approved, click “Approve”
