On the KAWO platform, both brand team members and external collaborators can actively participate in a custom new post approval flow defined by the brand. This ensures that all parties, whether they are KAWO users or temporary approvers, have a clear understanding of the necessary approval steps, facilitating efficient collaboration.

1. Can different social media platforms have their own unique approval processes?

☑️ Brands have the flexibility to customize approval workflows for each social media platform. If a particular platform doesn’t necessitate approvals, simply choose the “No Approval Required” option.

2. Can the approval workflow be adjusted in real-time during the publishing process?

☑️ Yes.

3. Can I monitor the approval status and progress of a post in real-time?

☑️ Yes.

4. If a post is modified after being rejected, does it need to go through the entire approval process again?

☑️ This is optional. The approver can choose to either:

  • Fast-track: Bypass earlier approval steps and send the revised post directly back to the same approver for a second review.
  • Full Review: Restart the approval process from the beginning, requiring all approvers to review the modified post again.

5. Can approvals be expedited using WeChat?
