Configuring Post Approval

Users of KAWO are clearly informed of the approval steps when creating a new post, and in most cases, they cannot post directly from KAWO. You can see how many posts are awaiting approval in the dashboard. *The approval process can only be set up by admin users.

What approval options are available to KAWO users?

Anyone Can Approve suggests members of the team can approve themselves, making it easy to support teams without having to submit hard appeals.

One-Step Approval suggests each piece of content requires one approval, which can be granted by one or more users.

Two-Step Approval suggests each piece of content must be approved by one or more users in two separate steps.

How to configure approval for my brand?

The dashboard shows how many posts are awaiting approval. Upon logging in to the post, the approve button is only visible to the approver.

Step one: Go to Brand Settings.

Step two: Select Approval Type under Post Approval.

Upon logging in to the post, the approve button is only visible to the approver.

It is clear in the history what approvals have been granted.

Note: Making changes to the post after the step will RESET the last approval. The post will be published by KAWO at the scheduled time once it has been fully approved.
